- Vetting: qualifying candidates complete entry-level proficiency checks, and your details are verified. Prospective employers may also interview candidates from our database.
- Registration & onboarding: once selected, you are registered and given access to our online learning platform, where all content is delivered so you can study at your own pace.
- Assessments: after the practical exposure and theoretical work, assessments confirm your competence against the learning standards.
- Final examination & qualification: on passing the final examination you receive your QCTO qualification — a nationally recognised NQF Level 5 credential.
